History of Establishment
A Vision Born from Purpose.
Nisa Breast Care & Cosmetic Center was formally established in 2020 with a simple vision: to create a place where women could receive comprehensive, specialist breast care under one roof.
After completing her specialist training in breast surgical oncology and establishing and leading a dedicated Breast Surgery Department at Combined Military Hospital Rawalpindi, Dr Razia Bano became increasingly aware of the need for specialised breast services within the private healthcare sector. Women with breast concerns often had to navigate different facilities for assessment, imaging, diagnosis, treatment and support.
Dr Razia Bano wanted to create something different—a center where every woman could feel heard, respected, reassured and cared for throughout her breast health journey. That vision became Nisa Breast Care & Cosmetic Center, established in loving memory of her mother, Mrs Hamda Nisa.
Today, the center provides care ranging from breast awareness, screening and triple assessment to benign breast disease, breast cancer treatment, oncoplastic and reconstructive surgery, cosmetic breast surgery, lymphoedema care and survivorship support.
Nisa was never intended to be simply a clinic. It was created as a place for women—where expertise meets compassion and treatment considers both health and quality of life.

Dr Razia Bano is a highly qualified breast surgeon with over 13 years of specialist experience, combining extensive clinical and leadership experience in Pakistan with advanced training and consultant practice in the United Kingdom.
A pioneer in developing dedicated breast services, she established and led the Breast Surgery Unit at Combined Military Hospital Rawalpindi before founding Nisa Breast Care & Cosmetic Center in memory of her mother in 2020—with a vision to provide comprehensive, specialist breast care for women in Pakistan.
Her expertise spans advanced oncoplastic breast cancer surgery, immediate and delayed breast reconstruction, aesthetic breast surgery, complex benign breast disease and recurrent breast cancer.
